How to inform participants when no bot is visible in the meeting?

In video conferences, the assistant appears in the participant list. In rooms, there’s nothing visible: the information is given verbally before recording starts. GDPR requires informing participants that the meeting is recorded and an AI assistant is taking notes.

Is the report from an in-room meeting as complete as after a video conference?

Yes, the processing is identical: transcription, summary, decisions, actions. In-room meetings and video conferences go into the same library, with no difference in treatment.

Does an in-room meeting appear in the CRM like a video conference?
