The Leexi assistant or local recording: choose your preferred approach
The Desktop app supports you in both scheduled meetings and those you start at the last minute. Find your upcoming meetings from your calendar, or record locally without going through your calendar.
- Scheduled meetings: view appointments from your connected calendar and invite the Leexi assistant.
- Manual invitation: enter a meeting link to invite the assistant.
- Local recording: start a recording from your computer without using the assistant.
- Capture your way: choose a window or screen, as well as the microphone to use.
From recording to actionable meeting notes
After a local recording, send it to Leexi and complete the relevant information. You can then find the processed content in your Leexi workspace, alongside your other conversations.
- Recording controls: pause, resume, or stop it from the app.
- Meeting context: add a title, meeting type, number of participants, or link it to a meeting.
- Summary and transcription: access the generated content after sending the recording to Leexi.
- Follow-up tasks: review the actions identified from the meeting.
