Leexi + kMeet integration overview

The integration lets the Leexi assistant join your meetings on kMeet, Infomaniak's video conferencing tool, to record them automatically. It joins as a guest: no kMeet account is needed.

From that recording, Leexi gives you a full transcript, a clear summary, a list of follow-up tasks, advanced analytics and much more.

The best part? It's all automatic! Once Leexi is connected to your Google or Outlook calendar, your assistant detects your kMeet meetings and joins them to take notes for you.

How to connect kMeet to Leexi

Step 1: Activate a calendar integration

Activate the Google Calendar or Outlook integration from your Leexi integrations. This is how Leexi knows which meetings to send the assistant to.

(Availability depends on your plan: check it under Settings > General > Integrations.)

Step 2: Add your custom kMeet domain if needed

By default, Leexi detects kMeet meetings of the form https://kmeet.infomaniak.com/abcdefghijklmnop.

If your organization runs kMeet on its own domain (Custom Brand), go to your Leexi integrations, find kMeet, click Manage and add your domain URL.

Step 3: Let the assistant join your meetings

As soon as a kMeet link, or a link starting with your declared domain URL, appears in the description or location of a calendar event, the meeting is recognized automatically and the assistant is sent to record it.

Step 4: Admit the assistant if your meeting has a waiting room

If the waiting room is off, the assistant joins on its own. If it is on, the assistant asks to join and waits up to 9 minutes: admit it so it can start recording.

Going further

  • Pause the recording: type /pause in the meeting chat, then /resume to start again. The assistant confirms the pause and the resume in the chat.
  • Transparency for your participants: when it joins, the assistant posts a disclaimer message in the meeting chat.
  • An identifiable presence: the assistant's camera shows a tile in your profile colors.

Things to keep in mind

  • A kMeet password is not included in the meeting link: a password-protected meeting without a waiting room cannot be recorded. With a waiting room on, the assistant asks to join and you can admit it.
  • Without a declared custom domain, only kmeet.infomaniak.com links are detected.

Benefits of the integration

By connecting kMeet to Leexi:

  • Your kMeet meetings are detected and recorded automatically
  • Your assistant needs no extra kMeet account
  • You get transcripts, summaries and follow-up tasks with zero effort
  • All your meeting notes live in one place, whether they come from Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or kMeet
