Overview: Leexi + Visio Integration

The integration allows you to authorize the Leexi assistant to record your Visio meetings by joining the call as a guest, without even needing a Visio account! From this recording, Leexi provides you with a complete transcript of your meeting, a summary, a list of follow-up tasks, advanced statistics and plenty of other exciting features.

And the best part? Everything is automatic. By connecting Leexi to your Google or Outlook calendar, your assistant detects your meetings, accesses them and connects automatically to take notes on your behalf.

How do you use Visio with Leexi?

Step 1: Enable a calendar integration

To send the assistant to your Visio meetings, go to Settings (Settings > Integrations) and enable the Google Calendar or Outlook integration.(Note: Feature availability depends on your license type.)

Step 2: Let the assistant join your meetings

As soon as a Visio link in the format https://visio.numerique.gouv.fr/abc-defg-hij is present in the description or location of your calendar event, the meeting is automatically treated as a Visio meeting and the assistant is sent to record it.

Step 3: Admit the assistant if your meeting is restricted

If your meeting is open to everyone, the assistant joins on its own. If access is restricted, the assistant requests to join the meeting and waits in the waiting room for up to 9 minutes. Simply admit it from the participants panel so it can start recording!

Go further & key points to note:

• Pause the recording: You can pause the recording directly from Visio by typing /pause in the meeting chat, then /resume to restart it. The assistant will confirm the pause and restart directly in the chat.
• Camera restriction: If the meeting host restricts camera use, the assistant will continue recording normally, but it simply will not be able to display its background image.
