Overview of the Leexi + Onoff business Integration

Thanks to its partnership with Onoff Business, the professional cloud telephony solution, Leexi now allows you to automatically analyze your phone calls.

Each call is recorded in Onoff Business and then imported into Leexi, where our assistant takes over: full transcription, summary, follow-up tasks, advanced analytics, translation, and much more.

And the best part? No manual action is required: as soon as a call is made via Onoff Business, it is automatically analyzed and enriched in Leexi.

Prerequisites

• Admin rights on your Leexi and Onoff Business accounts
• Estimated time: 5 minutes

Instructions

On your Leexi account

1. Go to your API Keys settings
2. Click Add
3. Name your API key: Onoff Business
4. Keep the scopes set to All
5. Copy the Key ID and Key Secret (they will only be displayed once, so store them securely)

On your Onoff Business account

1. Go to the Leexi integration in Onoff Business
2. Paste your Key ID and Key Secret in the correct fields
3. Tick “I agree to the conditions”
4. Click + Integrate
5. Don’t forget to integrate your numbers in the Settings menu

Final settings

1. You can also enable the automatic integration of new numbers
2. Manage or delete your numbers directly from the integration settings
