Overview: Leexi + Webex Assistant Integration

The integration allows the Leexi assistant to record your Webex meetings by joining the call. From this recording, Leexi provides you with a full transcript of your meeting, a summary, a list of follow-up tasks, advanced statistics, and many other powerful features!

And the best part? It's all automatic! By connecting Leexi to your Google or Outlook calendar, your assistant automatically detects your Webex meetings and joins them to take notes for you.

How to integrate Webex and Leexi?

Step 1:

Enable a calendar integration (Google Calendar or Outlook).

👉 This allows Leexi to know which meetings to send the assistant to.

Step 2:

Make sure your Webex meeting link is included in the location or description of your calendar event.

Step 3:

Leexi will then automatically detect your Webex meeting and send the assistant to record it.

Pausing the recording

You can pause or resume the assistant directly from the meeting chat:

• Type /pause to pause the recording.
• Type /resume to resume it.

The assistant will always confirm in the chat when the action is successful.

FAQ

❓ I can’t see any meetings under “Your upcoming meetings”?

Make sure your meeting events include a Webex URL in the location or description. Without it, Leexi cannot detect the meeting.

❓ The assistant is not joining my meetings

Go to app.leexi.ai.

In Your upcoming meetings, click on the meeting where the assistant didn’t join.

You’ll see the reason why the assistant didn’t connect.
