Overview: Leexi + MAKE integration

Make's integration with Leexi allows you to integrate your tools with Leexi if they aren't already included in our app's integrations. Integrating your tools with Leexi allows you to directly import call notes. Taking notes from a call, writing a report, and then transferring it to your tools? All that's a thing of the past! Your assistant takes care of everything: it transcribes your calls, summarizes them, and more! You save valuable time by automating the tedious work of completing your tools.

How to integrate Make and Leexi?

Prerequisites

• A Make.com account.
• Admin rights on your Leexi account.

Step 1:

Create a new scenario in Make.com

Step 2:

Add an HTTP module of type Basic Authentication Request:

Step 3:

Click Add to create new credentials

Step 4:

Create a new API key from your Leexi account in the settings

Tip: click Save AFTER step 5 to easily copy-paste

Step 5:

Return to the creation of the new authentication popup window.

Copy/paste the Leexi API key ID as the username and the API key secret as the password. Choose an easy-to-remember name. Click create.

Step 6:

For the URL, you can use https://public-api.leexi.ai/v1/calls to retrieve calls. Refer to Leexi API Doc to learn more about other available objects and methods.

Step 7:

Check 'Yes' for the Parser response option and click 'Ok'.

Step 8:

From there, if you run the scenario manually, you should get a status code 200 meaning the connection works and you have retrieved your last 10 calls from Leexi.
