  • SALES OPS-AS-A-SERVICE: Sales Gladiators provides you with a validated and ambitious Sales Ops profile, who joins your sales team (long-term) and works part-time with your team to map missing pieces and improvements for your sales engine. This new team member will do their best to move things forward: developing a go-to-market strategy and getting the "sales machine" running. These services can be extended to the team through personalized coaching. At the end of the day, a 30-minute meeting with one of the CROs is held to align everyone on sales leadership strategy and tactics. Additionally, an account manager will also be assigned to your sales service by Sales Gladiators.

  • CRO-AS-A-SERVICE: Sales Gladiators offers you a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) profile, verified and part-time, to oversee your revenue stream, (re)design, build, and operate marketing, sales, and Customer Success. An excellent account manager builds and guides your sales team, provides a sales strategy, and gives you effective tactics for success. Depending on size, stage, and revenue, a good account manager can have a significant impact on your SaaS business.

Note that with each Sales Ops, Sales Gladiators provides a limited capacity of daily commercial support to maximize daily impact and partnership success. Also, the services offered are available remotely.

Meet the Founders

Sales Gladiators was founded by Stéphane Maes and Olivier Tytgat. Both founders have extensive sales experience. With a successful track record as a sales leader in SaaS, Stéphane brings his 11 years of sales experience to Sales Gladiators. Stéphane is known for his ability to grow markets and drive growth. As a business leader, tech account manager, and business strategist, he uses his expertise to help B2B (high) tech companies with their international expansion. Olivier is an experienced sales professional and tech entrepreneur. He leverages his experience to help partner companies differentiate themselves by building on their commercial operations engine. While developing a unique pipeline, Olivier will be responsible for the client's sales operations, external sales process, lead generation, closing, and sales.

Leexi

Leexi is a software that connects your CRM to your telephony and/or videoconferencing tool. Call and video conference transcriptions are generated automatically.
