Prospecting becomes easy with Waalaxy: the prospecting tool that has been transformed to become even more powerful. As a Google Chrome extension, Waalaxy now goes beyond LinkedIn prospecting to include other channels, notably email and Twitter.

Increasing the number of touchpoints with a prospect is essential to move them through your sales funnel. By creating a new campaign on Waalaxy, you maximize your results by increasing the number of contacts with your prospects, while making a time-consuming process much easier. Currently, the extension focuses on LinkedIn, Twitter, and email, but more channels are expected soon.
Once you've added the extension to your Chrome browser, go to a LinkedIn search page. You can then create a list or upload a CSV file that already contains your LinkedIn prospect URLs. Once your prospect list is ready, you can choose your template (soon you'll be able to create your own template/sequence).
Templates are organized into action sequences. These are triggered based on your prospect's behavior: for example, you can follow up if they don't reply after a certain time. Your template thus plays an important role in your campaign, tactics, and goals.
Next, you'll need to select prospects from the imported list. You can also automatically import new people into your list. You can import your connections, people who commented on your posts, and people who visited your profile.
Then, you need to customize and prepare your messaging: this includes your emails, LinkedIn messages, and notes. This is a crucial step, as crafting a quality message will set you apart from spam.
Once everything is ready, double-check your work. You can finally launch your campaign! Waalaxy will handle the rest. It's important to note that your leads will disappear from your campaign as soon as they respond to your LinkedIn message or email.

Contact Management
Waalaxy imports your leads as a list. These leads are then integrated into Waalaxy's built-in CRM, so there's no need for a third-party tool.
The "Home" tab gives you access to a nice dashboard. Clean and visually appealing, we also found it quite comprehensive. You can track your campaigns' progress (visits, connection requests, messages, or emails). You'll also have access to acceptance and response rates (right columns).
Data can also be sorted as you wish: prospect's country/language, target company, target job, acquisition channel, time period, tag, etc.
Is Waalaxy Easy to Use?
Waalaxy offers a simple yet effective interface, making it easy to use even for beginners. Note, simple doesn't mean lacking. In fact, you'll have access to many features and configuration options to achieve your goals. Feel free to explore the multichannel scenario templates—they're easy to use and great for novices.

Waalaxy, the only tool to bypass LinkedIn's limitation Since April/May 2021, LinkedIn has limited the maximum number of connection requests to 100 per week to prevent spam and automation tools. This can quickly become restrictive, as LinkedIn spares no one: both bots and "normal" users are affected.
Yet LinkedIn prospecting is far from obsolete—the platform lets you contact your prospects by email without the 100-person monthly limit, and that's where Waalaxy comes in.
