Overview: Leexi + ALLOcloud Integration

The integration enables Leexi to process VoIP calls and recordings. From this recording, Leexi provides you with a full transcript of your call, a summary, a list of follow-up tasks, translation, advanced statistics and a host of other exciting features! And the best part? It's all automatic! By connecting Leexi to your VoIP, your assistant automatically accesses your call recordings to take notes for you.

How to integrate ALLOcloud and Leexi?

Prerequisites :

Admin rights for your Leexi and ALLocloud user accounts.

Step 1:

On your ALLOcloud account

• Go to Config → Advanced → Account Details

• Go to the Advanced tab, and check the box Outgoing call recording. Refer to the ALLOcloud documentation to enable incoming call recording with the call flows.
• Go to the Identifiers tab, enter the name "Leexi," and click create

• You will receive a pop-up window with the API key, which you can copy (without the "API Key:" prefix!)

Step 2:

On your Leexi account

• Go to Settings → Integrations (accessible only by an admin)
• Click Add on the ALLOcloud integration

• Paste the API key you just copied
• Copy-paste the URL you get when you log into ALLOcloud, containing your company name, for example, https://leexi.allocloud.com (do not include anything after ".com")
• Click Save

Your upcoming ALLOcloud calls will appear on Leexi!
