This is Meta's latest open source LLM. Designed for a wide range of tasks, this assistant has been trained on a large quantity of training data. It is capable of understanding the context and responding humanely according to it. Unlike other versions of Llama, such as Llama 2, this version has already been trained. There are 2 versions of Llama 3 that are highly suitable as chatbots:

• Llama 3 7b with about 7 billion parameters

Claude 3

Claude 3 is an LLM created by the American company Anthropic and exists in 3 versions: Claude 3 Haiku, Claude 3 Sonnet and Claude 3 Opus. Claude is capable of providing advanced reasoning, analysing and transcribing static images, handwritten notes and graphics, generating code and translating as well as generating content in several languages. The 3 versions correspond to 3 levels of power. The Claude 3 Haiku version is the fastest and lightest model, while the Sonnet version is a combination of performance and speed for more complex tasks. The Opus version is the most powerful and can handle complex analyses and longer tasks as well as higher-level mathematical and coding tasks.

Bloom

Developed by Big Science, BLOOM is an open-source model that has been trained on 176B parameters. It offers advanced capabilities for understanding and generating natural language. It is an autoregressive, multilingual model that has been trained using the NVIDIA AI platform and can generate text in 46 different languages. Bloom's aim when it was created in 2022 was to democratise access to AI tools and create a truly multilingual tool to include as many users as possible.
